OPEN AIR RECEPTION & DANCE

The Open Air package truly takes care of your day from top to bottom starting with the sound at the ceremony and ending with entertainment to keep your friends and family dancing the night away. This package is also required for venues or events where there is not 4 permanent walls.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Pick Your Entertainer – $200-$1000
For those who have attended a past event, received a referral or just want to pick a specific level of experience, you are more than welcome to request one of our entertainers specifically. These additional entertainer-booking prices are added to your package price. Please contact about the entertainer you are interested in for more information.
Ceremony System – $550
This package will make any ceremony happy without a hitch and is designed for those who need sound and music at a second location. It includes wireless lapels for the officiant, groom, other microphones for readers and musicians as well as music playback and the ability to plug in instruments or iPods. We also provide a technician to monitor and help with any ceremony needs from set up to take-down as well as a generator if any power needs arise.

Give your venue some pizzazz and pop by painting the walls with rich and vibrant colors. With RGB+ color mixing, let us accent the tables, ceilings and walls with your event colors.

Do you have a slide show you would like shown? We have the means to allow any size audience to see. If you don’t want a big projector and screen at your wedding, we can accommodate you with our flat panel TV’s by the guest book or on either side of the head table.
